These are the principals of Reiki (pronounced raykey), an ancient spiritual healing art—the practice of transmitting universal life force through the hands.  Reiki is a remarkable method of natural healing that I am honored to practice as an Usui lineage Reiki Master.  

Yet, Reiki, as energy, does not know the bounds of time or space, so it is equally effective transmitted distantly as in person. Reiki  works for the highest good of a person, animal, relationship, or situation.  It opens blocked energy pathways and induces a state of relaxation that allows the body to remember how to heal itself.
